It helps maintain health by using the inherent principles of nature thereby, bringing the individual back to one’s true self. The whole universe is made up of five elements, each one of them contains the other four and they flow into one another.
Ayurveda’s main focuses: HEALING, PREVENTION and HEALTH CARE.

Ayurveda is a method of personalizing food for individuals healing process.
Ayurvedic style of cooking is a rational way to prepare food according to the dietary need of an individual based on different body types.
Ayurveda categorizes food into: Sattvik, Rajasic and Tamasic. These types of food have different effects on body and mind.
